Adding Tracks to the Timeline
To add a track to the Timeline:

Right-click in the area below the Playback toolbar to open a
context menu and select
Create Track, then choose the track you want
from the sub-menu that opens.
The Track’s properties dialog box is displayed. For instructions on defining these properties, see the specific procedures for each track in GUID-E646B0D1-731E-4193-B412-F6A5C709CA16. You may set these properties now or later.

Click
OK.
A new track called (in this case) ‘Record .AVI’ is added to the Timeline.
- (Optional) If you wish to change the name of the track, double-click on its name so that it is highlighted, type a new name and press Enter.
